About Melissa & How It Started

 

Melissa has grown up surrounded by people involved in the medical field. She has always wanted to continue the family tradition of helping people.

 

During her seven years in the United Kingdom she studied

and practiced various forms of massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy as well as The Bowen Technique.

 

She is internationally qualified through ITEC and the European College of Bowen Studies.

 

Eager to share the benefits of the complementary therapies that she discovered and mastered in the UK, Melissa returned to South Africa and opened The Bowen Studio.
